Robert D. Delgado focuses his practice on bankruptcy and restructuring, and complex business litigation. Robbie represents bankruptcy trustees in their administration of Chapter 7 debtor cases including all aspects of analyzing and reconstructing financial records, sales of bankruptcy assets and bankruptcy litigation. He also advises debtors and creditors in relation to their rights in bankruptcy proceedings and how to protect those rights.
In his free time, Robert enjoys traveling and painting. He was born in Miami, Florida.
