Rachel Nanes is an associate of the firm. Her primary practice areas include creditor’s rights, bankruptcy litigation, commercial litigation and business reorganization.
Ms. Nanes received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami in 2006. She received a Master of Public Accounting degree from Florida International University in 2007 and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2010. While at the University of Florida, Ms. Nanes was a member of the Journal of Law and Public Policy.
Ms. Nanes was admitted to practice in Florida in 2010 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is a licensed Florida Certified Public Accountant.
Ms.Nanes joined the firm in 2010. She was born in Miami Beach, Florida in 1984.
