Mark Roher is Of Counsel to the firm. His primary practice areas include creditor’s rights, bankruptcy litigation, commercial litigation and business reorganization.
Mr. Roher received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from York University in 1995. He received a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami in 1999. At the University of Miami, Mr. Roher was Articles and Comments editor of the University of Miami Law Review.
Mr. Roher was admitted to practice in Florida in 1999 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member and director of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida, a member of the Federal Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association.
Mr. Roher joined the firm in 2011. He was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 1972.
