Nicole E. Shacket is an associate of the firm. Her primary practice areas include creditor's rights, mortgage foreclosure, commercial litigation and the representation of Chapter 7 Trustees.
Ms. Shacket received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida in 2001. She received a Juris Doctor degree from the Stetson University College of Law in 2006 and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Stetson University College of Business in 2007.
Ms. Shacket was admitted to practice in Florida in 2011. She was also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2011. She is a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida.
Ms. Shacket joined the firm in 2011. She was born in Miami, Florida in 1979.
